    Refund Policy 

     

    Not Entirely Satisfied With Your Pillow?

     

    Before you decide to send it back, please let us recommend something:

    Some of the new users of all types of neck support pillows find it slightly uncomfortable at the very beginning. It’s only natural - it is because your body is used to sleeping with your old pillow. It may therefore take a few days for your spine to adapt to its new alignment at night.

     

    If you find the pillow too hard, please simply wash it to make it soft and comfortable.

    And if you believe it is too high or low, please press it lightly to adjust the position of the pillow that is suitable for you.

    PLEASE NOTE: REFUND REQUESTS WILL PROCEED ONLY IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY

     

    How to issue a refund? 

     You can request a return via our returns page.

     

    Our policy lasts 30 days :

    The day the tracking company marks the order “delivered” is the day we count as the 1st day in the 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you’ve received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund 

     

    Shipping :

    To return your product, you need to send us a picture of the pillow to check If it's in a good condition ad the reason why you want to return it then we will send you a return address

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    If your order contains 3 or more pillows (and you want to return all of them), we may consider a partial refund due to high shipping costs (so you can keep the items).

     

    Exchanges (if applicable) :

     

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at INFO@NECKLOW.CO for instructions.

    Please note: We might require you to submit images/proof of damaged/defective goods. Kindly cooperate with us and give us the information necessary so that we can help you out quickly and not cause you any inconvenience.

     

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

     

    The process of obtaining a refund :

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. 

    All refunds will be sent to the original method of payment.

    The refund may not appear for 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

    Contact your credit card company/bank if you don't see the refund. Keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
